Thursday Sew

Here is what I worked on yesterday on the "Chic to be Shabby "quilt.  Yes those are "Y" seams.

Sharon insisted I stand with my quilt!

I need to get all of this sewed on.
Sharon is working on a table topper, using hexagons.

This week I got all of these blocks sewn together.  Would like to add borders, then off  to be quilted.
Charlie is guarding my quilt. I got all the pieces sewn on and the  plain border on the outside.

Charlie, is inspecting  another quilt to make sure I have it together correctly.

Then he had to decide to hide under it!
Some inspector he is.

I feel like I got a lot accomplished today, yea.
Have a great week.

Mary

Wow. I think you got a lot accomplished too! I love all the quilts, especially the scalloped edging on the first one. Your colors are terrific; I look forward to seeing them all quilted. 8)

Happy stitching,
Susan in hot & sunny Texas

PS Charlie is darling; is he yours? Should I know this already? I swear I have a mind like a sieve sometimes!
