Peace for Kerry Anne

Kerry Anne  and my son Andrew

Kerry Anne in the beginning of her journey.

Her motto, It is how she lived her life.

Kerry and the quilt that I made in her honor.

The sign at the  school where she taught.

I have known Kerry Anne almost all of her 43 years of life.  On Tuesday night she  became one of the angels in heaven. She fought her fight with ALS with dignity and humor.  She taught at the Churchill Elementary School in Oswego, until she could no longer talk.  She was diagnosed with ALS in the beginning of 2011. Kerry Anne was not one to give up.  With the help of her beautiful family, extended family and friends she continued to live her life and still laugh and smile, even when it became hard to do for herself.  She is at peace.
