September 27
Today is the last day for this week of our groovy hop. There has been a lot of great creations, and I know today will hold at least 5 more. Please help me cheer on these creative ladies.
Do you remember:
Chinese Fire drill? I actually saw some kids doing one the other day.
How about a padiddle?
Peddle Pushers
You owe me a coke, when two people said the same thing at the same time!
Those were the days!

I have really enjoyed this blog hop. I have never really used bright batiks and now have to go buy some. I did a peace sign quilt for my granddaughter recently with a batik peace sign fabric and circles It is in my flicker photos if you want to see it. I loved the sixties. Thanks for having this blog hop
The early sixties were sad for me, because I lost my dad in an auto accident. I also watch my mom sew our school dresses and make curtains to make ends meet. We would cut the thread ends off the curtains to help.
The sixties were a colorful time. I sure would like to win some batiks.
