What's my Superpower???

My Superpower is "Super Sewing,"  I am a Superman fan, and he just sort of fit into this theme.
I love to sew, when I get started, I don't stop.
I have always believed, "if one is good, three is better."

I had a couple of Superman fat quarters, and they are now drawstring bags.

From one of the previous hops, I had panels left over, and felt these would make good drawstring bags, too. These are going to make great gifts.

My latest creations are these cute little patchwork bags, that are great for holding sewing tools.

If you have flamingo fabric, I have it.  They make up into cute zipper pouches.
Again, you can never have too many zipper pouches.

Now imagine, all of these bags being made at the retreat I attended last week. More is better.

I am still working on embellishing them.  I am pleased with how they turned out.  I have a lovely group of zipper pouches for presents.  You just never know when you may need a present, or a prize. I make them for my use, too.

Thank you Pauline and Madame Samm, for organizing this fun hop.  DMC has always been my thread of choice. I think I have almost every color they have ever put out.  I have been doing embroidery since I was a little girl.
FRIDAY APRIL 18

Please visit all the lovely quilters for today.  We all love to read your lovely comments.  I have to see there have been some great superpowers.

Have a super great day and weekend.

Mary

Great superpower. And amazing productivity. I can hardly believe you made all of the zipper bags at one retreat, and I have the feeling that you didn't "assembly line" it but savored the making of each one. Your exuberance comes through in your blog, and I bet you are an inspiring person to be around.
