This is our little backyard. These first two photos were taken yesterday. It snowed all day.
I have been taking my bird photos from my kitchen windows.
Today, it is sunny and bright, but there is blowing snow now. The birds hide in the pine trees behind the house.
Some of my bird feeders.
This is what drifted by the house this morning. I did dig a path to the end of the patio. It wasn't drifted farther out, so I could walk to the feeders. It is -16 degrees today.
The birds seem to be standing in line to get to the feeders.
The female cardinal comes, but does not stay very long.
Dark-eyed Junco. It definitely is a day to stay inside. Stay warm and stay safe.

love these photos…you know how much I love snow….xo
So much snow! You have such beautiful birds visiting you. We have mostly doves, quail, sparrows, ravens, and Mexican songbirds.
We must live pretty close to each other because we had the same weather yesterday. Today it is bitterly cold, and non essential travel is banned. It is good sewing weather!
Stay warm and safe. Can't imagine so much snow.
Awesome pictures! Poor little birds, but at least you put some food out for them.
how cold but pretty the snow looks. Lovely to have rabbits coming into your garden but I expect they eat what you would rather they did not eat!Thnaks for sharing your wildlife with us and wrap up and keep warm
