Jo's Birthday Quilt

My friend, Jo Sheppard, will be traveling home to England in October to celebrate with family and friends, her Mother's 90th birthday.  To honor her Mother, she made this beautiful quilt.  The pictures across the top are of her Mother as a young girl.  Across the bottom are pictures of  her two daughters and their families.

Jo left the patches in the middle blank so that family and friends can sign the quilt at the party.  What a wonderful way for her Mother to remember the love and celebration of this wonderful occasion.

Have a great rest of the week.

Mary
