All I can say is WOW! What a great week for this hop,"It's for the Birds." Everyone that has participated so far has done an outstanding job. The creativity is amazing. The workmanship beautiful. This flock has feathered their nests beautifully. Everyone has been flying like eagles, and they all deserve feather's in their caps.
On Monday we start the next round of hopper. Thank you to everyone that has posted so far. You have all helped make my job fun and easy.
This weekend my sweet husband is taking me to Horicon, Wisconsin to the Horicon Marsh Bird Festival. This is an annual event at the Horicon National Wildlife Refuge. We are going to a lecture on Saturday afternoon about birds of prey, then on to a two hour boat ride around the marsh to observe birds. It is still migration season. I am so excited. The weather is not sounding the greatest. We are dressing for anything, long sleeves, sweatshirts, rain gear and of courses hats. I have the batteries charged in my camera, and my pj's packed for the overnight stay in Milwaukee.
Hope everyone has a wonderful Mother's Day.
