It's for the Birds Day 4

"Pinky" decided she wanted to show herself again.  She thought she looked pretty good for being so young!

How about all  the wonderful "Birds" we have seen this week.  I can't begin to tell you which one I like best.  Madame Samm is going to have a hard choice to pick a winner.  There has been some amazing projects.

Friday, May 10

This our last group for this week.  Come back on Monday for more wonderful quilters.
Don't forget to check Madame Samm's blog Sewwequilt.com to see who are the top 2 and most creative for the day.

I have had so much fun with the "Birds" that my husband is taking me to the Horicon Marsh Bird Festival, in Horicon, Wisconsin this weekend.  On Saturday we are going to a lecture on Wild Birds of Prey. Later in the afternoon we are going on a Birding Adventure boat tour.  Since I have been retired I have watched the birds that feed in my backyard.  Every chance I get I watch for birds.  I have wanted to go to Horicon for quite a while.  Hopefully, I will be able to shoot a few good pictures.
I do keep a list in my "Birds of Illinois" book of the birds I have be able to capture pictures of.  As you can see, I am keeping our Bird theme even through the weekend.  Have a great one. See you all back here on Monday for three more days of  "It's for the Birds".
