As promised here are more ideas. This time it is all about bags.

| My favorite draw string bag is, Lined Drawstring Bag by Jeni Baker. The watermelon one, and the white polka dot are using her pattern. I also have been making the patchwork bag, using squares. The bag varies in size, by the size of square used. They are all so much fun to make, and make great "gift wrapping"> |

This is the "ditty" bag. This & That, makes a great pattern, and I have found a few on the internet that were free. As you can see, a couple of these are made from leftover half square triangle. They can be made with a theme fabric, like sewing, or how about using camouflage fabric for a guy. There are plenty of theme fabrics out there for just about any occasion. |

This is the Tammy Bag by Madamn Samm, of SewWeQuilt. Again, there is a variety of fabrics or themes you can use. How about making one for the "Tammy 4 all Seasons" hop. |

Now here are a few of my zipper pouches. I love, love to make these. There are so many things you can do to make these. On the left, are fabric laminate bags by Sweetwater, There is the "Snap Happy!" bag that you use old (or new) metal rulers through a casing in the top. My favorite patterns are from, Atkinson Designs, Once you have the pattern, the ideas and sizes are endless. I love the Cash and Carry, and Zippy Strippy. I can add all sorts of embellishments to these, You also can use of variety of fabrics as well. Some are made as change purses, or I have one in my purse, that is patchwork of Japanese linens, that hold all the extras. Make them big enough for individual project bags. The list is endless. |

Here is the Little Wallet by Valori Wells, and the Wonder Wallet, by Lazy Girls Designs. Here again, you can add enhancements. The Wonder Wallet, I have added some velcro, so it will now hold change. You can embellish these as well. Great way to use those extra buttons. The wallets can be closed by snaps, velcro, or if you don't mind doing buttonholes.
Can you tell I love to make gifties? Plus I always feel, if one is good several is better. Once I get in the mood to work on these, I just keep making them. There is so many fun fabrics . Thank you for stopping by and seeing some of what I like to play with. |

My my, you have been busy! I need to make one of those Tammy bags - they're just the cutest!! I'm afraid of zippers, so haven't attempted any of those yet.
They are wonderful! I love bags of all sizes and they come in handy as gifts, but also for many uses. We use a small one to keep connection wires in for our camera and of course, credit.business cards, money, etc.!
Happy Thanksgiving.
