Another project done. This was a mystery club quilt from September 2011. All it needed was borders. I got borders on one quilt that I had finished at the Racine Retreat. Got backings made for all three of them. I still have to put borders on one of the quilts from Racine. Then all will be ready to be sent to the lovely lady that does my long arm quilting for me.
I am off to another quilt retreat. This time in Iron River, in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I am joining my friend Pat, and her sister and another friend, for Thursday through Sunday. The retreat is on a lake outside of town. I have been to this location several years ago.. Looks like the weather is to be good. My bags are packed and I am ready to go. Hopefully, another quilt top will be done when I get home. Packed a couple of small things to work on. You just never know what you may get done.
This will probably be the last retreat for this year. It is so much fun to be able to go to a retreat. I can get so many things done.
Have a great week.

Have fun at your retreat. I hope they're not offering fish bait hot dogs on the menu.
