What day is it????

We are here in St Louis for a couple of days.

Tonight the "boys" at at the ball game.  Ron is a Cardinals fan. He and Andy are celebrating Ron's birthday at the game.  I on the other hand, have an evening ahead of me doing handwork at the hotel.

We visited Grant's Farm today.  What a wonderful place.  Just the right amount of time in a lovely setting.  it is a place that you can see and walk around, not have to spend the whole day there. Perfect!

There were all sorts of animals, birds, and of course Clydesdale's.  Well, there was this camel, too.

Is this what they call a photo bomb?

These horses are beautiful.  Learned a lot about them, but did not see any of the babies.

This was probably the smallest one.

My what big feet you have!

After we were here we went to the brewery and toured their facilities.
Very interesting there too.
The fellows took me back to the hotel, and off to the game they went.  I am going to relax, put my feet up, and do some handwork.  Hope they are quiet when they come back!!

I think I am going to have to stay home soon,so I can get some gardening, and sewing, and of course house cleaning done!  Oh, but traveling is so much fun.

Have a great rest of the week.

the farm looks like an interesting place to visit, very brave so near the camel, trust it did not spit at you. I too would be spending the evening stitching rather than be at the match, could have kept you company.

seeing as I have been a Cardinal fan since clear back in the 60's I would say I would be at the game. I have not been in the Busch 3 stadium yet but we used to go to games once a month during the summer months till it got too hard to get tickets. Even got to go to a World Series game back in 85!

I love Clydesdales; they are SO beautiful. The Budweiser commercials with them usually end up being my favorite part of the Super Bowl lol.

Take care,
