Quilt show at Countryside, in Crystal Lake

A couple of weeks ago there was a small quilt show at  Countryside Nursery, in Crystal Lake, IL.  I think this is the 4th or 5th year they have done this.  The quilts are hung among the plants in the greenhouses.

The quilts are all made by local quilters.

It is a small show, but so nice.

There is a nice mix of styles and techniques were on display.

There was a great blend of new,

and old.

This quilt was made for the local library.

I love this old design.

Great house quilt.

Love the quilting on this one.

There was even a small display of garden quilt, made by a local artisan.

It was a gorgeous day. Perfect for visiting a nursery and viewing quilts.
Have a gorgeous quilting day.

I never tire of seeing beautiful quilts. I use to have a friend that lived in crystal lake.
