Northwest Suburban Quilt Show, in Schaumburg

Check out all these mini quilts up for auction.

Holy Cow, even more!  This was a two day show.  They had to pull in a lot of money for these beauties.  I was impressed. There were so many lovely mini quilts, and of course the prices were great.

Here are a few of the wonderful quilts on display. I think this one is call "Our Town".  I love quilts like this, you have the chance to be portray aspects of your own town.  I have one in progress.  It is on my to do list to get finished..

This is a Bunny Hill design.  This one turned out so pretty.  All of the baskets, were free patterns a couple of years ago.

Don't you just love this one in blue.

So colorful!

A Bonnie Hunter design quilt.

Love the Sunbonnet Sue and Overall Sam with the houses.

This one, I just saw in the latest issue of American Quilter magazine.

Look at the quilting on this, it is beautiful.

Love basket quilts!

I have seen this made up before. It is so neat, this one is done with polka dots.

In the spirit of Halloween.

Another great show.  There were several vendors, and the guild had tables of fabric, magazines and books for sale.  It is always fun to look through the old books.  You never know what you might find.

Have a great sewing day.

Mary
