Patches and Pinwheels

Here is my Patches and Pinwheels.  This is the results of the workshop I took with Bonnie Hunter in May.  It is truly scrappy. It has been a fun quilt to work on.  There is even a couple of flamingo fabrics mixed in.

Last night I sewed on the borders.  I auditioned several combinations of fabrics and this is the one that won. I think it turned out pretty good.  I am just finishing up the backing.  The quilt measures approx 90 x 101.  I did add 2 more rows to create additional length. There is a lot of fabric in this quilt, amazing.

Have a great rest of the week.

Your quilt is beautiful. Wish I could use up my scraps like that, but it is way too much piecing for me. Love your quilt!

I love the scrappy look of this quilt. Did you machine pieced it? And will it be machine quilted? Lots of work either way.
