Made these two zipper bags.
Made two more bags using sewing themed fabric.
Then decided to play around making journal covers. I did have fun adding some embellishments. It made me want to make more.
Today I finished these 3. I was in the mode of, if 1 is good 6 is better! I have my finishes for this month done early.

Wow, Mary - You have been a busy girl!! All of your projects look great and at first I couldn't figure out why you needed metal measuring tapes and then - click - that's what makes the snap bags snap!! Very cute!!
What a lovely work you've done these last days ! You've got just the right fabrics ! It seems to me that in your country days have more hours than in France ..LOL.

Mary you have made some very pretty items. Looks like you were enjoying being creative. The results are great.
Mary, these are so cute! A friend of mine made a bunch for the senior center to sell. She buys her measuring tapes at the dollar store. You inspire me to work on some smaller things!
Wow! You have been busy! Love those snap bags and journal covers. You are so creative! You do beautiful work.
Wow, I'm impressed, you did make good use of your sewing time! I love all the little bags you made. I enjoy making the snap bags too. These are fun and easy to make.
Try DollarTree for tape measures.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Hope your day is really nice!
Some lovely pouches!
Try Harbor Freight or the Dollar Store for inexpensive metal tape. They both carry the 3/4 and 1" sizes. Just a buck. Not bad for sewing supplies. lol.
Nice work. I love your fabric choices!
