My friend, Isabelle, in France and I are making a quilt together. The pattern is from Bonnie Hunters book, Scraps & Shirttails II. The block is called Oregon or Bust.
We decided at the first of the year we would make 2 different blocks for each of us, each month. That means we have 4 blocks each to make, each month. The two blocks above are the two I received from Isabelle for January. They are so very nice. |

They are all very nice. We are getting rain here too and storms or on there way...I hope no snow is.
Very busy. All blocks are beautiful. Warmest greetings from snowy Kiel, Nora :-))
What a nice swap Mary
It is -19 in Sweden and we have more than 1 meter of snow, winter arrived
Have a niece weekend love Johanna
What fun making a quilt with someone in another country. Love your blocks. I'll have to take a look at that pattern. I agree that this weather is probably contributing to our health issues. My sinus has been bothering me too. An all day sew sounds like fun. Bet you get a lot done.Looking forward to seeing that Dresden Star. Enjoy the game.
Mary it sounds like fun making a quilt with a friend. I like the pattern you chose and I'm looking forward to seeing the quilt. Your quilts are always beautiful.
