Needlebook update

I have been working on this sweet needlebook, by The Birdhouse. I bought it as a kit, thinking I would not have to pick out the fabrics. I could just follow the directions, and it would be done.

I am loving how it is turning out. I should have it done by tomorrow. I received 3 of my quilts back from Wendy, who did a gorgeous job of quilting them. I just need to put the binding on them. I need handwork to keep me busy in the car when we start for Buffalo on Wednesday.

On Thursday we got rain, so decided to sew at home instead of going to the quilt shop. I got the top done I had started, using my winnings from the Bermuda Quilt Guild. It turned out so cute. I need to make the backing tomorrow, and quilt it, and Maybe that can go with me too.

I had purchased a cute little table topper from The Attic Window quilt shop while I was in Grand Rapids, two weeks ago. I made it too. Even got 2 more cut out. Again, if I can get them quilted I can do the handwork in the car. More small projects in the works. I do like to try new patterns and see how they will turn out

Lovely work Mary, you are almost all finished.
I found a fabric to replace the one I didn't like so now I will have to catch up to you.
