Today was the last day of the Sandwich Fair, the best fair in Illinois as far as I am concerned. It is also the last fair of the season. Once we moved to Oswego, I decided to enter some of my quilting and craft items. This year was no exception. I entered 19 catagories, mostly sewing items and came away with 12 prizes. I am beside myself. I hoped for maybe one ribbon, but 12!!!!
When I got home I laid my"prize winning" items on the floor. Princess our kitty decided she needed to get right in the middle of them and check them out. I think she approved!! My husband, son and dad were all pleased with my success. (Well so was I.)
Now to start working on next years projects!
